▪︎ Allow yourself simple pleasures: Take a warm bath, a nap, or eat some of your favorite foods.
▪︎ Find distractions: Find time to practice a hobby you love, binge on a TV show, play a virtual game, or maybe even take a drive to see holiday lights.
